I arrived early to Tijuana airport two hours before the flight waited in line at the counter and they said my flight was canceled due to fog. I spent 12 hours at Tijuana airport waiting for a flight. How do you think I feel and there was no fog to be

Same as above very upset with volaris and the whole ordeal with 12 hours at the Tijuana airport I want some compensation. They said it was fog. There was no fog at 8:30 in the morning. I got on a plane at 8 o’clock.

Not well organized or interior maintained

Disorganized at airports. Seating too tight for a short person Tray tables broken. Many of them were on our return flight. Friendly staff Crazy prices for carry on luggage On plane boarding done well

I ❤️ Volaris

As a frequent traveler to and from Guadalajara and Denver, Volaris is the only airline I use. If not early, always on time. I like how the flight attendants organize the exit from the plane: orderly.

The only good thing about this is little less expensive than the other aerolines
