We had to wait a long time on the plane and then finally offered chance to get off of the plane. Then they cancelled - 2.5 hours later. Wouldn't provide me a hotel voucher because I have a Colorado address but I live 2 hours away from DIA. I felt my experience was fair. Not great and not horrible.

Hard Seats
They have the worst seats I've ever sat in. I had a 2.5 hr flight and couldn't stand another minute. Also, I didn't appreciate being charged extra for carry-on bag which other airlines offer normally. They weren't that much cheaper either.
